A case with very poor anterior alignment and lost "C" space lower right. The parent was told extraction of permanent pre-molars later was essential.
The Trainer program prevented the need for extractions and changed a difficult orthodontic case into a simple, non-extraction case by correcting overactive mentalis.
After 15 months
treatment
Note treatment was then completed with lower sagittal appliance only, to regain lost "C" space.
